Thomas Fitzgerald, MD
Dr. Fitzgerald earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Brown University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Vermont. He did his Internal Medicine Internship at the University of California, Irvine, and his Psychiatry Residency at the University of California, San Diego, as Chief Resident.
Dr. Fitzgerald has been practicing psychiatry since 1993; has been licensed in California since 1991 and North Carolina since 1993. He opened Southlake Psychiatry in 2002, where he continues to treat patients and serve passionately as Medical Director. Dr. Fitzgerald is American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Certified in General Psychiatry since 2005 and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Certified in Addiction Psychiatry since 2007.
Dr. Fitzgerald has voraciously continued to seek leading-edge answers and solutions to help guide patients to greater well-being. In addition to Southlake Psychiatry, he serves as the Naval Medical Center Staff Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Pain Psychiatry. He continues to lecture for various educational and professional conferences.
His strength and experience is primarily in medication management while looking for solutions with his patients on their paths to wellness including, but not limited to: psychotherapy techniques, mindfulness practices, spirituality, exercise, and treating the patient as a whole by taking into consideration any other medical conditions.
Dr Fitzgerald has cultivated a warm, inviting, non-judgmental atmosphere for patients to meet with providers and improve their mental health through therapy and pharmacology. The warm collegiality between providers and the staff has allowed Dynamic Health Complete Care to collaborate and discover with patients a path to recovery as individualized as they are.
It has remained paramount to Dr. Fitzgerald and the team at Dynamic Health Complete Care to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment that provides excellent care for each patient while embracing them with the same personal attention and compassion held for friends and family.
Leanne Kohlmeier, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Leanne Kohlmeier is originally from Wisconsin and is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating magna cum laude. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. After working as a Registered Nurse for several years, she decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She received her FNP from South University, graduating with honorable distinction.
Prior to joining Dynamic Health Complete Care, she has worked in multiple health care settings and diverse medical specialties. Some of her practice specialties include (but not limited to) orthopedics, pain management, behavioral health, hormone replacement therapy, functional and integrative health, and wellness. Leanne believes in treating her patients as a whole person and incorporates the patient centered approach to medicine which focuses on the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social health of each patient to improve their quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with her children and rescue pets.
Janet Cannon, MS, LCMHC, LCAS
Janet Cannon brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice, ensuring that each client receives personalized care and support.
Janet holds a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health/Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and is licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addictions Specialist. With over 20 years in the field, she has cultivated a deep understanding of diverse counseling environments, having worked in Corrections, Child Protective Services, and Substance Abuse Treatment Services.
Her expertise spans across various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Therapy, and a tailored, person-centered approach. Janet specializes in addressing a wide range of issues such as trauma, sexual abuse, anger management, anxiety, and depression, offering support to individuals, adolescents, children, and families alike.
At Dynamic Health Complete Care, Janet is committed to creating a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their challenges and work towards positive change. Her dedication to ethical practice ensures that each client’s privacy and wellbeing are prioritized at every step of their therapeutic journey.

Lebrandon Silmon, LCMHC
Lebrandon Silmon is driven by being a change agent. He thrives on knowing he is helping others make positive changes in their lives. He grew up in Alabama and earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Alabama A&M University. After graduation, he started working as an addiction specialist followed by a residential counselor. Believe it or not, only 24% of the therapists are male so Lebrandon appreciates the fact that he is an example for others.
Dynamic Health Complete Care appealed to him because no one is offering these kinds of services to federal employees. He knew right away the benefit of combining therapy with medication management and the whole body perspective. Lebrandon enjoys the ability to provide services to clients in a different way and working with other OWCP approved providers helping the patient to provide more complete care. Dynamic Health Complete Care has great programs and awesome staff.
In his free time, Lebrandon enjoys travel, home renovations, cars and visiting the farmers market here in Charlotte.
Jaime Jones, Case Manager
Jaime is a graduate of the Ultimate Medical Academy, where she specialized in medical billing and coding and consistently excelled academically, earning a place on the Dean’s List. Her education and background provide her with a solid foundation for her work as a Case Manager.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, Jaime is a highly motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional care and support to every patient. Her extensive background in customer service enables her to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs with empathy and understanding.
She chose to join the Dynamic Health Complete Care team due to its remarkable atmosphere and the sense of family it fosters. Passionate about making a positive impact in clients’ lives, she finds fulfillment in collaborating with a team that shares her dedication to delivering quality care.
As a Case Manager for Dynamic Health Complete Care, Jaime is dedicated to advocating for her clients and ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to achieve their goals. Her commitment to excellence and her compassionate approach make her a valued member of our team.
Hector Rojas Jr., MSW, LCSWA
Hector is a dedicated therapist whose passion lies in reducing the stigma and fear surrounding mental health, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University, which he earned in 2021, and furthered his expertise by completing his Master’s Degree in 2024 at Appalachian State University. Driven by his belief in the transformative power of therapy, Hector chose this path to help others find opportunities for growth and healing, just as he has experienced in his own life.
At Dynamic Health Complete Care, Hector’s commitment to creating a safe, supportive space aligns with the clinic’s mission of empowering clients on their mental health journey. In his leisure time, he enjoys the dynamic challenges of pickleball and the exhilaration of snowboarding, reflecting his active and balanced approach to life.
